House Extension and Dormer, Fife

Planning Consent: December 2020

A couple were looking to expand their single storey home in Fife, by extending into the attic and roof, and forming a dormer to the rear. A small extension to the front beneath the new roof space was also included to form a utility room, and ancillary spaces to the kitchen. In addition to increasing the amount of bedrooms in the house, it was important to create lots of internal storage space and maximise the functionality of the new internal spaces. This ensured that existing rooms could feel clutter free and expansive. This project has been taken up to tender stage, having successfully achieved planning consent.
