Rear Extension

The client lives in an ex-council house in Angus and looked to expand their ground floor living space and kitchen. The house was to be extended to the rear to accomoodate a larger kitchen, utility room and storage as well as a new office room which could be used as a double bedroom. The brief stipulated that the timber frame would fit within the permitted development criteria, so all design was required to fit within those limits.
