On Garden Ground, Dundee

Planning and Listed Building Consent: December 2019

Located in a cemetery in Dundee, the client wished to convert a derelict stone shed on garden ground to a private workshop. The existing stone shed was carefully surveyed and drawn up in its current state. Much of the timber was gone, but most of the external stone wall was intact. Existing features included stone sills and lintels and were to be retained and maintained. Internally, remnants of a workbench, WC and chimney were to be reincorporated. Listed building consent and planning consent were applied for and successfully achieved.
